Reservations may be cancelled without consequence until 3pm three days prior to arrival. Different cancellation policies may apply to packages and special offers. Reservations cancelled after 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night plus tax.
All Lodge accommodations are non-smoking.
Dogs are welcome at Lodge On The Desert for a non-refundable fee of $50 per night. Our dog-friendly Casita rooms are limited and subject to availability. Advance reservations are required, and all stays including a canine must adhere to our dog guidelines.
There is a No-Show Charge. One night’s room rate plus tax will be charged to your credit card on file.
Each additional person 17 and older is $20 per night.

Yes, any guest renting a room at Lodge On The Desert must be at least 21 years of age.

If you would like to extend your stay, please contact our Guest Services team by dialing 0 from your guestroom telephone, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. For express check-out, please leave your key in your room upon departure and notify our Guest Services team of your departure time by dialing 310 from your guestroom telephone.
Lodge On The Desert provides complimentary guest parking. Please provide the color, make, and model of your vehicle upon check-in.
We do have rollaway beds available for $15 per night. Advance notice is recommended. Unfortunately, cribs are not available.
Yes. Children 17 years old and younger stay free in the guestroom of an accompanying parent or guardian.
Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability. Please make arrangements for early arrival or late check-out in advance. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be stored for you.
A $50 early departure fee will be charged if nights are removed from your reservation within 72 hours of arrival or during your stay.
Occupancy tax is 12.05% per room per night, not included in the rate (6.05% state, 6% city). There is an additional City of Tucson surcharge of $4 per room per night.
Yes, the front desk will hold them for you until you’re ready.

We have a TV Channel Directory ready for guests.
Yes, for dry cleaning or laundry, please dial 0 from your guestroom telephone, and our Guest Services team will gladly assist. Same-day service is available Monday through Saturday for laundry dropped off by 8:30am at the Front Desk. For all other laundry, pickup is 9am and returned no later than 6pm. Laundry bags and slips are located in your guestroom closet. Please note, there is no laundry service on Sunday.
All guestrooms offer complimentary access to Wi-Fi.
Breakfast is not included in your stay, unless you purchased a package rate that includes breakfast; however, guests can enjoy a delicious, freshly prepared breakfast buffet daily at Cielos, served in a welcoming atmosphere, for a great start to your day.

We have several emergency procedures ready for guests.
Yes. The Business Center is located on the first floor of the Hacienda building and is open 7:00am to 10:00pm daily, with computer access and a printer available for guest use. For assistance with copies, faxes, and shipping, please visit our Reception Desk. Nominal fees may apply.
We do. We sell snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, and unique, Southwestern-inspired items.
Lodge On The Desert’s heated pool and whirlpool spa are open daily and located just off the lobby. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests use the pool at their own risk. Children under 17 must be accompanied by adult. No glassware or outside food or drink are allowed in the pool area. Guests who use the pool must comply with pool rules as posted. Due to the health code, no pets are allowed in the pool area. Please refrain from smoking in the pool area; a designated smoking area is located in the parking lot.

Our 102 room hotel is made up of 14 separate buildings connected by charming walkways and gardens. No hallways or elevators. At our restaurant and bar, guests enjoy dining either inside or on our patio complete with relaxing water fountain and atmospheric fireplace.
